Founder & CEO
Engineer turned entrepreneur, building Tarashastra from first principles — astronomy, AI, payments, and conversational UX all under one roof. He's the person designing the product, shaping the experience, and answering customer emails when they come in.
Before Tarashastra, he worked across product and analytics at Indian fintech. He cares about Vedic philosophy, building things people actually use, and the long arc of Indian consumer technology.

Personalisation is the whole point
Vague horoscopes that could apply to anyone don't help anyone. Every reading we generate is grounded in your specific chart and your specific question. If it isn't personal, we don't ship it.
Reliability before flourish
The service has to work — every message, every payment, every reading. We invest in the unglamorous parts (graceful failure, clear errors, fast recovery) so the user never has to think about them.
Respect the tradition
Vedic astrology has a five-thousand-year corpus of careful thought. We ground every reading in classical references and resist the temptation to make things up. The depth is what makes it useful.
The user is in charge
Transparent pricing, no surprise charges, your data is yours, easy to walk away. The astrologer's job is to inform — not to bind.

We're early. Most of the building so far has been by the founder. As we grow, we'll be looking for engineers and operators who care about both AI craftsmanship and the cultural depth of Jyotish.
