Why 30 credits per question?
Each answer takes meaningful work to produce — building your chart, applying the relevant Vedic frameworks, and generating a long, contextual reply tailored to your specific question. 30 credits reflects the real cost of running that end-to-end while keeping quality high.
Do credits expire?
No. Once you purchase a pack, the credits sit in your wallet until you spend them. We don't auto-deduct, and we don't run subscriptions you forgot about.
What is the daily zero-balance grant?
If your balance reaches zero, our system credits you a small amount each day so you can continue light usage. It's our way of keeping the service accessible to every active user, paying or otherwise.
Can I get a refund?
If a credit pack was purchased in error, or our service fails to deliver answers due to issues on our side, we'll refund unused credits via the original payment method. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.
Is Kundali Milan free?
Yes. Kundali Milan on the website (Ashtakoot 36-point compatibility) is completely free and doesn't consume credits. Only chart-aware conversational AI on WhatsApp / Telegram uses the credit system.
Are you GST-compliant?
Yes. Indian transactions include applicable GST. Tax invoices are available on request via our contact page.
